Executive Coordinator

NDRC and its affiliates is looking for a detail-oriented, highly-organized coordinator to assist the President and Chief of Staff with the daily administration of a busy office. Responsibilities include assisting with travel and schedules, invoicing and contracts, as well as assisting with onboarding and benefits for fellow staff members. This individual would be point on inter-department projects including development of materials and tracking of action items and deadlines. Drafting of additional memos and research around special projects would also be a regular undertaking. Someone with experience codifying and running office systems to facilitate a more efficient and effective workplace preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare memos, research and meeting materials for internal and external meetings
  • Track invoicing and serve as liaison to accounting
  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from drafting to final implementation
  • Assist in travel and scheduling for the President and Chief of Staff
  • Implement workflow systems around investments, onboarding and inter-department communication
  • Assist in the general administration of the office
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to high-quality work
  • Experience with scheduling and travel booking preferred
  • Experience as a support staff in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience working on a campaign preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
