ICYMI: Eric Holder in NYT Essay: “The Courts Must Stop This Judge From Stealing an Election”

Washington, D.C. — Today, Eric H. Holder, Jr., the 82nd Attorney General of the United States and Chairman of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC), published a guest essay in The New York Times warning of an effort by North Carolina Republicans to use the courts to overturn the results of the 2024 North Carolina Supreme Court election in which Justice Allison Riggs, the Democratic candidate in that race, was re-elected to the bench. A hearing in the case is set to take place on Friday, February 7, in Wake County Superior Court.
