Marina Jenkins

Marina K. Jenkins is the Executive Director of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC) and its affiliated organizations. Shortly after the NDRC was founded by former Attorney General Eric Holder in 2017, Jenkins joined the committee as the NDRC’s director of litigation & policy, until being promoted to Executive Director in 2023.

Prior to joining the NDRC, Jenkins practiced law at Jenner and Block LLP, where she focused on government controversies, public policy litigation, and election law. Jenkins also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
